I have a background and PhD in Developmental Biology and Genetics. My current work as a core facility leader is dedicated to long read sequencing across different technologies with strong focus on de novo genome sequencing. We are dealing with different sample types and have strong expertise in long and ultra-long HMW gDNA isolation methods, PacBio SMRT sequencing, and optical mapping. Apart from de novo genomes, we apply other long read protocols (sequencing of RNA, amplicons, etc).
